I’ve used to have around 10 cuvées, mostly plot cuvées. Every year, the weather decides which cuvees should be done. So, they are not available all the time.
The wines from Chalonnes sur Loire’s plots are from grappes already organic certified. The cuvées are Maia (Gamay), Corail (pet nat from red gamay), Dahlia (pineau d’aunis- cabernet franc, rosé), Zetian (dry chenin) and Zelda (sweet chenin).
The wines from Val du Layon’s plots are from grappes which have started their organic certification in 2020 and 2021. So they will be made from certified grappes in 2023 and 2024. The cuvees are Sappho (dry chenin), and Sha (red cabernet franc) for the earliest plots and Hangbé (grolleau noir), Tiaki (rosé pet nat from cabernet sauvignon) and Junko (cabernet franc and cabernet sauvignon) for the lastest plots.
